You’ve done it.

You’ve built a coaching business from the ground up. You’ve replaced your corporate salary, or maybe you’ve even surpassed it. You’re earning a consistent $4,000 to $6,000 every single month, doing work you love and genuinely changing your clients’ lives.

This is a monumental achievement that places you in the top tier of all coaches who start a business. You should be proud.

Thanks for reading Ciara’s Substack! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.

But there’s a whisper in the back of your mind, a nagging feeling that’s hard to ignore. You’ve been here for a while—six months, a year, maybe longer. The graph of your income has flatlined. You’re working hard, but you’re not really moving forward. You’re on what I call the “Comfortable Plateau.”

The 5k/month mark is a paradox. It’s a sign of success, but it’s also a trap. It’s comfortable enough to remove the desperate hunger of the startup phase, but not so comfortable that you feel truly secure or fulfilled by your potential.

You know you’re capable of more. You see other coaches scaling to $10k, $20k, $50k months and wonder, “What do they have that I don’t?”

The answer, most often, is not what they have, but what they have stopped doing.

This ebook is not about quick fixes or shady hacks. It’s a deep dive into the five core reasons why intelligent, capable, and passionate coaches get stuck at this exact income level. More importantly, it’s a roadmap for breaking through each of these barriers to build the impactful, prosperous business you originally dreamed of.

Let’s uncover what’s holding you back.

Chapter 1: The Service-Provider Trap (Not Playing the CEO Game)

At the beginning, you are the service. You coach, you deliver, you get results. This is how you build credibility and a reputation. The problem arises when you never graduate from this identity.

The Symptom: You see yourself primarily as a “Coach.” Your business is a vehicle for your coaching hours. Your primary focus is on filling your 1:1 client slots. You are the chief everything officer—marketer, salesperson, coach, accountant, and admin. You are trading time for money, and you’ve simply run out of hours to sell.

The Root Cause: This is an identity and mindset issue. You built the business as a practitioner, not as an entrepreneur. A practitioner does the work. An entrepreneur builds a system that delivers the work. You’re stuck in the “Technician’s Trap,” a concept from the brilliant book The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber. You are working in your business, not on it.

The Breakthrough: You must make the mental shift from Coach to CEO.

The Coach asks: “How many calls do I have today?”

The CEO asks: “What systems can I build to make this business run without me being on every call?”

This doesn’t mean you stop coaching! It means you start building. Start thinking about your business as a machine. Your role is to design the machine, not to be the primary cog inside it.

Action Step: Block out one 2-hour “CEO Session” in your calendar this week. During this time, you are forbidden from doing client work or answering emails. Your only task is to work on the business. Ask yourself:

What is one repetitive task I can systemize or outsource this month? (e.g., social media graphics, email management, client onboarding).

What is one lever I could pull to add $1,000 in revenue without adding a single coaching hour? (e.g., a small group workshop, a digital template, a low-ticket product).

Chapter 2: The “I Help Everyone” Vortex

This is perhaps the most common and devastating trap. In a well-intentioned effort to attract as many clients as possible, you try to be everything to everyone.

The Symptom: Your messaging is vague. “I help women achieve their goals.” “I help entrepreneurs build their business.” Your website and social media are a collection of general inspiration and tactics that could apply to almost anyone. You attract a trickle of clients, but they all have different problems, and you find yourself constantly adapting your approach. Marketing feels hard because you don’t know who you’re talking to.

The Root Cause: Fear. Fear of missing out on a potential client. Fear of being too niche. Fear that if you specialize, you won’t be able to fill your roster. This fear leads to a weak and diluted message that fails to connect deeply with anyone.

The Breakthrough: Specificity is your superpower. Rich and successful coaches don’t help “everyone”; they have a Hyper-Specific Avatar.

Imagine two fishing boats:

Boat A: Uses a wide net in a massive, general ocean. It catches a lot of random things, most of which are thrown back. It’s exhausting work.

Boat B: Uses a spearfishing gun in a specific, well-stocked lagoon. It knows exactly what it’s aiming for and lands a big, valuable fish every time.

You need to be Boat B.

Action Step: Define your “Ideal Client Avatar” with painful specificity. Go beyond demographics (age, gender, location) and deep into psychographics.

What is their biggest, most painful, unspoken frustration?

What have they already tried that hasn’t worked?

What does “success” look and feel like to them in 90 days?

What are they secretly afraid of?

Now, craft your entire message to speak directly to that one person. You will repel 99% of people, and that’s the point. The 1% who remain will see you as the only logical solution to their problem.

Chapter 3: The Invisible Authority Ceiling

At the 5k/month level, you have a reputation. But you likely lack authority. People hire you because you’re a good coach, not because you’re the recognized expert in your field. This means you’re constantly competing on price and personality, not on prestige.

The Symptom: You’re stuck in the “referral rollercoaster.” Your business depends on word-of-mouth and sporadic outreach. You don’t have a platform or a body of work that attracts clients to you. You feel like you’re always “selling” instead of having clients eagerly ask to work with you.

The Root Cause: You are not consistently creating and distributing Signature Intellectual Property (IP). You have knowledge in your head, but it’s not documented in a way that builds a legacy and demonstrates your unique expertise to the world.

The Breakthrough: Stop being just a coach; become a thought leader. This is how you command higher fees and attract better clients.

Your Signature IP is your unique methodology, framework, or system for solving your ideal client’s problem. It has a name. It has defined steps. It’s what you’re known for.

Action Step:

Document Your Process: What is the 3-step or 5-step process you take every client through? Give it a compelling name (e.g., “The Clarity Blueprint,” “The Impact Amplifier Method”).

Create Content from Your IP: Instead of posting random tips, create all your content—social media posts, emails, blogs—to teach and demonstrate your Signature Framework. You are now educating your audience with a cohesive message, not just inspiring them.

Package Your IP: Could this framework become a webinar, a mini-course, or a book? This is how you build authority that lasts for years.

Chapter 4: The Underpricing & Over-Delivering Cycle

This is the silent profit killer. In a desire to provide immense value and justify your fees (especially when starting), you fall into the trap of over-delivering to the point of burnout, all while undercharging for the transformation you provide.

The Symptom: You feel resentful and exhausted. You’re giving clients 10x the value they paid for, with 24/7 Voxer support, extra sessions, and endless resources. You know you can’t raise your prices because the service you’re providing at your current rate is already unsustainable. You’re trading dollars for hours in the most extreme way.

The Root Cause: A fundamental misunderstanding of value. You are pricing your time and effort, not the outcome and transformation you deliver. You also likely suffer from a touch of imposter syndrome, feeling you need to “prove” your worth through excessive effort.

The Breakthrough: Shift your pricing model from Time-Based to Value-Based.

A client doesn’t pay for an hour of your time. They pay for a result: more confidence, a launched business, a 20-pound weight loss, a saved marriage. Your fee should be a fraction of the value of that result.

Action Step:

Define the Transformation: What is the tangible, financial, or emotional ROI your client gets? If you help a client land a promotion with a $15,000 raise, what is your $5,000 package really worth?

Create Clear, Tiered Packages: Structure your offers into clear, value-based tiers (e.g., DIY, Group, 1:1 Elite). Each package should have a clear scope of delivery that you can profitably sustain. No more “unlimited” extras that drain your energy.

Raise Your Prices: For your next opening, increase your 1:1 fee by at least 25-50%. You will be terrified. Do it anyway. This single act will force you to step into a new level of authority and will attract clients who value premium results.

Chapter 5: The Marketing & Sales Avoidance Dance

You became a coach to coach, not to market and sell. Yet, without a consistent and authentic system for attracting and enrolling clients, even the world’s best coach has no business.

The Symptom: Marketing is a “when I have time” activity. You post on social media sporadically. You hide behind “value-giving” content and never make a clear offer. When you do get on a sales call, you feel icky, pushy, and desperate for a “yes.” You might even hope people don’t book calls so you can avoid the discomfort.

The Root Cause: A misunderstanding of marketing and sales, often rooted in a fear of being seen as “salesy” or rejection. You see selling as a necessary evil instead of a sacred process of guiding someone to a solution they need.

The Breakthrough: Reframe marketing as Teaching and sales as Helping.

Marketing is Sharing Your Message: You are not “promoting yourself.” You are consistently showing up to teach your Signature IP (from Chapter 3) to your Hyper-Specific Avatar (from Chapter 2). This is an act of service.

Sales is a Conversation: A sales call is not a pitch. It’s a discovery process to see if you can help someone. Your only goal is to diagnose their problem and see if your solution is the right fit. If it is, presenting your offer is the most helpful thing you can do.

Action Step: Implement a “Marketing Rhythm.”

Commit to one primary platform and show up there, teaching your framework, 3-5 times per week.

Once a week, make a clear, confident “Call to Action” (e.g., “If this resonated, I have 3 spots open for my 1:1 program. Book a call here to see if it’s a fit.”).

Practice your sales conversation not as a script, but as a series of powerful questions designed to uncover the client’s true desire and pain.

Conclusion: Your Path Off the Plateau

The 5k/month plateau is not a life sentence. It’s a signal. It’s your business telling you that the strategies that got you here are not the strategies that will get you there.

Breaking through requires a shift in Who You Are (from Coach to CEO), Who You Serve (from Everyone to a Specific Someone), and How You Operate (from Time-Seller to Value-Creator).

You don’t need to work harder. You need to think differently.

Review the five chapters. Be brutally honest with yourself. Which of these traps resonates the most?

How a VA Helps You Break Free:

A VA is your first and most critical hire to force this CEO shift. They are not an expense; they are an investment in your freedom and leverage. The goal is to offload every task that doesn’t require your unique coaching genius.

Delegate the $20/hour tasks so you can focus on the $500/hour tasks. This includes email management, scheduling, client onboarding/offboarding, preparing materials, and basic customer service.

Your VA becomes the system. By training a VA on a repetitive task, you are effectively systemizing it. You are building a part of your business machine that can run without you.

Is it the Service-Provider Trap?

The “I Help Everyone” Vortex?

The Invisible Authority Ceiling?

The Underpricing Cycle?

The Marketing Avoidance Dance?

Pick one. Just one. The one that makes you feel the most uncomfortable because you know it’s your biggest leak.

Commit to the “Action Step” for that chapter over the next 30 days. Master it. Then move to the next.

The journey from a $5k/month practitioner to a 6-figure+ CEO is a series of deliberate steps, not a giant leap. You have the skill, the passion, and the drive. Now, it’s time to build the business that matches your potential.

Your breakthrough starts now.

How a VA Helps You Break Free:

A VA is your first and most critical hire to force this CEO shift. You get to create something valuable, help people, and make a positive impact. But what happens when your business isn’t growing as fast as you’d like? If you feel stuck, there’s likely one big reason holding you back. Let’s break it down in simple terms.

The Problem: You’re Not Reaching the Right People

One of the most common reasons businesses struggle to grow is because they’re not reaching the right audience. You might be offering amazing products or services, but if the right people don’t know about you, your business won’t grow. Think of it like this: if you’re selling umbrellas but no one knows it’s raining, no one will buy from you.

Why This Happens

Unclear Messaging: If your message is confusing or too general, people won’t understand how you can help them. For example, saying “We sell great products” is too vague. Instead, say something like “We help busy professionals stay organized with our stylish planners.”

Not Knowing Your Ideal Customer: If you don’t know exactly who your ideal customer is, you’ll waste time and money trying to reach everyone. Focus on the people who need your product or service the most.

Not Being Visible Enough: If you’re not active on social media, don’t have a website, or don’t network with others, people won’t find you. You need to be where your ideal customers are.

How to Fix It

Define Your Ideal Customer: Think about who you love serving the most. What are their struggles? What do they need help with? Once you know this, you can tailor your message to them.

Simplify Your Message: Make it clear and specific. Tell people exactly how you can solve their problems. For example, “We help small businesses save time with our easy-to-use accounting software.”

Be Where Your Customers Are: If your ideal customers spend time on Instagram, focus on building your presence there. If they read blogs, start writing helpful articles. Show up where they already are.

Ask for Feedback: Sometimes, you might not realize what’s missing. Ask your current customers or friends for honest feedback about your products, services, and messaging.

Final Thoughts

If your business isn’t growing, it’s probably because you’re not reaching the right people. But the good news is, this is fixable! By knowing your ideal customer, simplifying your message, and being visible where they are, you can start attracting the right people and grow your business. Remember, your business is about helping others, but first, they need to know you exist. Take small steps today, and you’ll see big changes tomorrow!

Thanks for reading Ciara’s Substack! pressure to keep everything running smoothly. But here’s the truth: working harder doesn’t always mean working better.

The real key to success lies in working smarter—maximizing your time, energy, and resources to achieve more with less effort. And one of the most effective ways to do that? Partnering with a Virtual Assistant (VA).

Let’s explore how you can work smarter and why a VA can be your ultimate ally in this journey.

1. Focus on High-Impact Activities

Why It Matters: Your time is your most valuable asset, yet it’s easy to get bogged down in tasks that don’t directly contribute to your bottom line. The first step to working smarter is identifying your high-impact activities—the ones that drive revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction—and prioritizing them. Everything else should be delegated, automated, or eliminated.

How a VA Fits In: A Virtual Assistant can take over time-consuming, repetitive tasks like email management, scheduling, and customer support. By handling these tasks, a VA frees you up to focus on strategic decisions and business growth, ensuring your energy is spent where it matters most.

2. Automate Repetitive Processes

Why It Matters: Manual, repetitive work is not only tedious but also prone to errors. Automation tools can handle everything from email marketing to invoicing, saving you time and reducing mistakes. By automating routine processes, you streamline operations and create more space for high-value work.

How a VA Fits In: A VA can research, implement, and manage automation tools tailored to your business. Whether it’s setting up email workflows, automating social media posts, or integrating your CRM system, a VA ensures your automation runs smoothly so you can focus on leveraging the results.

3. Delegate with Confidence

Why It Matters: One of the biggest challenges for business owners is letting go of control. But the reality is, you can’t do it all. Delegating tasks to skilled professionals isn’t just a smart move—it’s essential for scaling your business. By outsourcing tasks that don’t require your direct involvement, you can focus on your strengths and drive your business forward.

How a VA Fits In: Virtual Assistants are versatile professionals who can handle a wide range of tasks, from administrative work to specialized services like graphic design, content creation, or bookkeeping. By delegating these tasks to a VA, you ensure they’re done efficiently while you focus on high-level strategy and growth.

4. Streamline Communication

Why It Matters: Meetings, emails, and phone calls can easily consume your day if not managed properly. Streamlining communication is crucial to staying productive. Tools like Slack, Zoom, or project management platforms can help keep conversations organized and efficient, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth.

How a VA Fits In: A VA can act as your communication gatekeeper, managing your inbox, filtering important messages, and responding to routine inquiries on your behalf. They can also schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes, ensuring your communication is clear, concise, and productive.

5. Leverage the Right Tools

Why It Matters: Technology has revolutionized the way we work, and as a business owner, you have access to countless tools designed to simplify your workflow. From project management platforms like Trello and Asana to accounting software like QuickBooks, the right tools can save you time and improve efficiency.

How a VA Fits In: A VA can help you identify and implement the best tools for your business. They can also manage these tools for you, ensuring your projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and your finances are organized. This allows you to focus on leveraging the insights these tools provide rather than getting bogged down in the details.

6. Set Clear Goals and Track Progress

Why It Matters: Working smarter requires a clear vision of what you want to achieve. Set specific, measurable goals for your business and regularly track your progress. This not only keeps you focused but also allows you to make adjustments as needed to stay on course.

How a VA Fits In: A VA can assist with goal-setting by breaking down your objectives into actionable steps. They can also track your progress, prepare reports, and provide insights to help you stay aligned with your goals. This ensures you’re always moving in the right direction.

7. Prioritize Your Well-Being

Why It Matters: Burnout is a real threat for business owners. Working smarter isn’t just about productivity—it’s also about sustainability. Taking time to recharge, whether it’s through self-care, hobbies, or spending time with loved ones, is essential for maintaining your energy and creativity.

How a VA Fits In: By handling routine tasks and managing your schedule, a VA gives you the gift of time. This allows you to step away from work, recharge, and return with a fresh perspective. A well-rested, focused business owner is far more effective than one running on empty.

Final Thoughts

Working smarter, not harder, is about making intentional choices with your time and resources. It’s about focusing on what truly matters, leveraging the right tools, and surrounding yourself with the right people. A Virtual Assistant isn’t just an extra pair of hands—they’re a strategic partner who can help you streamline your business, save time, and achieve your goals.

If you’re ready to take your business to the next level, consider bringing a VA on board. They’ll help you work smarter, grow faster, and create a business that thrives without burning you out. After all, success isn’t just about working hard—it’s about working smart.

By integrating a VA into your business strategy, you’re not just optimizing your workflow—you’re setting yourself up for long-term success. So, take the leap, delegate with confidence, and watch your business soar.

Thanks for reading Ciara’s Substack! Managing emails, attending meetings, maintaining social media, and keeping up with daily tasks can quickly become overwhelming. However, a Virtual Assistant (VA) can help reclaim 10 or more hours each week by handling time-consuming responsibilities. By delegating tasks to a VA, professionals can focus on high-value work and business growth.

1. Reducing Administrative Burdens

Scheduling meetings, replying to emails, and organizing files take up a significant portion of the workday. A VA can handle these routine tasks efficiently, ensuring operations run smoothly. By managing calendars, setting reminders, and tracking important deadlines, a VA allows business owners and executives to concentrate on strategic decision-making rather than administrative details.

2. Efficient Email Management

A cluttered inbox can be a major distraction. A VA can filter, categorize, and respond to messages, ensuring only the most important emails require attention. Additionally, urgent matters can be flagged while general inquiries are addressed without constant interruptions. By streamlining email communication, professionals can focus on more critical tasks without being overwhelmed by notifications.

3. Social Media Management

Maintaining a strong online presence requires time and consistency. A VA can create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor comments. Additionally, they can track analytics to refine content strategies, ensuring social media efforts remain effective. By delegating these responsibilities, business owners can maintain an active digital presence without investing excessive time.

4. Content Creation and Research

Writing blog posts, crafting newsletters, and conducting industry research can be time-intensive. A VA can assist with content creation, delivering well-researched and engaging materials. Additionally, proofreading and formatting tasks ensure that all content is polished and professional. Whether for marketing, client communication, or internal documentation, outsourcing content tasks can enhance efficiency and quality.

5. Financial Organization

Tracking expenses and handling invoices are essential but tedious responsibilities. A VA can manage bookkeeping, issue invoices, and monitor budgets, ensuring financial records remain accurate and organized. Additionally, they can follow up on outstanding payments and ensure bills are settled on time. With a VA overseeing financial details, professionals can focus on revenue-generating activities rather than administrative bookkeeping.

6. Simplified Scheduling and Appointments

Coordinating schedules can be complex, especially for busy professionals. A VA can book flights, arrange meetings, and manage appointments to prevent double bookings and missed deadlines. If working within a team, a VA can also schedule team meetings, send invitations, and provide agendas, making collaboration more seamless and organized.

7. Improved Client Management

Customer service plays a crucial role in business success. A VA can assist with responding to inquiries, following up with leads, and managing customer support requests. By handling these interactions professionally and efficiently, a VA ensures clients feel valued while allowing business owners to focus on long-term growth and relationship-building.

8. More Time for Strategic Growth

By outsourcing routine tasks, professionals can allocate more time to business development, networking, or personal activities. A VA helps create a better work-life balance by taking over daily operations, reducing stress, and increasing overall efficiency.

Final Thoughts

A VA is not just an extra pair of hands; they are a valuable asset in improving productivity. By outsourcing administrative work, email management, social media, financial tracking, and client interactions, professionals can maximize efficiency and focus on what truly matters. Bringing a VA on board can be the key to achieving better time management, increased productivity, and sustainable business growth.

Looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help save time and streamline tasks? the support they need to succeed. However, as your coaching practice grows, you may find that you’re drowning in administrative tasks, client communications, and other responsibilities that take time away from your core work. If you're overwhelmed and feeling like there just aren’t enough hours in the day, it might be time to consider hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA). Here’s an expanded list of common struggles that coaches face and how a VA can help ease the load.

1. Constantly Juggling Tasks

You’re probably no stranger to multitasking as a coach. From managing client sessions to marketing your services, creating content, handling administrative work, and strategizing for growth, it can feel like you're juggling a never-ending to-do list. All these tasks can easily pile up, leading to burnout.

A VA can take on those non-coaching tasks, so you’re not wearing multiple hats. They can handle social media scheduling, email responses, client onboarding processes, and other repetitive duties. This allows you to stay focused on what truly matters: supporting your clients and growing your business.

2. Overwhelmed by Scheduling

The life of a coach involves numerous calls, sessions, and appointments with clients. Managing all of these can quickly become a logistical nightmare, especially when it comes to coordinating availability, sending reminders, and rescheduling last-minute changes.

A VA can streamline your calendar management. They can schedule appointments, send automated reminders to clients, and handle any changes to your schedule with ease. This not only saves you time but also ensures that your clients never miss a session, and you avoid double-bookings.

3. Struggling with Client Communication

As a coach, communication is key. But when you're busy handling everything else, responding to client emails or messages can start to feel like a full-time job. Whether it's answering questions, following up on tasks, or simply providing encouragement, it can be difficult to stay on top of it all.

A VA can help by managing your client communication. They can monitor your inbox, respond to general inquiries, and even create client follow-up systems. This allows you to focus on the more important conversations while ensuring that your clients receive timely and consistent communication.

4. Feeling Behind on Social Media

In today’s digital world, social media is an essential tool for coaches. But creating content, posting regularly, engaging with followers, and responding to comments can be time-consuming. If social media is slipping through the cracks, it might be affecting your visibility and online presence.

A VA with social media expertise can handle scheduling posts, writing captions, and engaging with your audience. They can ensure your platforms remain active and engaging, helping you connect with potential clients and maintain a strong presence in your industry. With their help, you won’t have to worry about missing out on valuable opportunities to grow your audience.

5. Managing Bookkeeping and Invoices

If you’re not outsourcing your finances yet, you might be finding yourself bogged down with tracking payments, sending invoices, and keeping track of receipts and tax documents. Managing the financial side of your coaching business can quickly become overwhelming, especially when it takes away from time you should be spending with clients.

A VA can handle your invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial follow-ups. They can set up automated systems to track your payments and send reminders for overdue invoices. This ensures your finances are organized and under control, freeing you up to focus on growing your business.

6. Lack of Time for Self-Care or Strategy

As a coach, it’s easy to fall into the trap of neglecting your own needs in favor of focusing on your clients. However, in order to provide the best support and guidance, you must first take care of yourself. A lack of time for personal growth, rest, and strategy planning can lead to burnout and a stagnation in your business.

With a VA managing your routine tasks, you’ll have more time to dedicate to your own well-being. You can set aside time for self-care, reflect on your coaching methods, and work on long-term business strategies. This not only benefits your health but also enhances your coaching effectiveness.

Graphic Idea: Checklist of Signs a Coach is Overwhelmed

📝 Signs You Might Need a VA

📅 Struggling with Scheduling: Double bookings, missed appointments, and constant rescheduling.

📧 Swamped with Emails: Constant back-and-forth communication with clients and prospects.

💻 Behind on Social Media Posts: No time to create content, engage with followers, or stay consistent.

💼 Buried in Administrative Tasks: Managing contracts, onboarding, and financials on your own.

💵 Stressed About Finances: Keeping track of payments, invoices, and receipts is taking up valuable time.

🧠 No Time for Personal Growth or Strategy: You’ve become too busy to focus on your business’ future or your own development.

If you're checking off more than a few of these signs, it’s a clear indication that you could benefit from a VA. A Virtual Assistant can take over the time-consuming tasks, helping you reclaim your focus and energy. They can handle your scheduling, emails, social media, financials, and even client communication, allowing you to provide a more organized, efficient, and fulfilling coaching experience for your clients.

Don’t let administrative overload hold you back from achieving your coaching goals. By outsourcing these essential but non-coaching tasks to a VA, you can stay aligned with your purpose, focus on client outcomes, and continue to grow your business with peace of mind.

Thanks for reading Ciara’s Substack! Unlike traditional in-office employees, VAs work remotely, offering flexibility and cost-effective solutions to their clients.

Virtual Assistants typically work on a freelance, contract, or part-time basis, which means businesses can scale their support without the need for a full-time employee. They use various communication tools, such as email, messaging apps, and video calls, to collaborate with clients effectively.

Benefits of Hiring a Virtual Assistant

Hiring a Virtual Assistant offers many advantages that help businesses operate efficiently and scale effectively:

✅ Cost-Effective – Since VAs work remotely, businesses save money on office space, equipment, and employee benefits.
